Hi there! Long time no see! ☺️
I'm trying something a bit different from the usual blog article – stepping outside my usual tech deep-dives for my first non-technical post!
It tackles a challenge I've been pondering (and I suspect many senior engineers face): hitting that ceiling where individual output feels maxed out. More code doesn't always mean more impact.
So, how do we genuinely multiply our efforts, especially by influencing peers when we don't have formal authority? I've tried to systematize my thoughts and learnings on this, focusing less on 'delegating' and more on understanding motivations.
Hope it sparks some ideas!
